Yes Hemant, rightly pointed out there, well i would actually encourage you people to write about what changes can be done to their way of living or what technology can bring about to their better living here in this world...

The 25th Annual International Technology and Persons
with Disabilities Conference invites submissions of papers for this
conference to be held March 22 – 27, 2010 at the San Diego Manchester
Grand Hyatt hotel. The “CSUN” conference is the world’s longest-
running and largest conference of its kind on the topic of assistive
technology and the positive impact on persons with disabilities. The
conference draws more than 4,500 persons annually who attend sessions,
visit the exhibit halls, and participate in affiliate meetings and informal gatherings.

The Call for Papers opened on Monday, August 24,
2009 and will close on Friday, October 16, 2009.

Well thats a really important issue we should address. It has always been neglected. I would say we need to raise awareness among the society about their equal status and instead of showing sympathy toward them lets try to organize community driven initiatives which give them an opportunity to showcase their talent like the Ability unlimited foundation has done.
